Children and Youth
Do to the Covid Pandemic, many of these groups are currently meeting remotely. Please contact us for more information.
Our Youth Group is made up of high school students who want to have fun and make a difference. Each year members of the Youth Group attend a service retreat on Good Friday and Holy Saturday. Check out our Calendar and Facebook page to see what we’re up to!
It doesn’t matter if you’re new to the parish, or you’ve been here for generations, a great way to meet other families is to come to Community Sunday. It is the first Sunday of every month, after the 8:00am and 9:45am Masses. We have coffee and donuts along with seasonal crafts for the kids! Check out our Calendar for the schedule!
Our Youth Choir is comprised of 3rd-12th graders, and sings at the 9:45 am Mass on the first Sunday of the month. They also sing for parish events and engage in community building activities throughout the year. Check out our Music Ministry page or contact Antonia Nedder for more info!!
Child Protection Commission
The Child Protection Commission aims to create a community of protective support within our parish. The Commission’s responsibility is to guarantee that all persons who interact with our children follow all safe environment policies. This is done by complying with Church and State regulatory requirements (RCAB Child Protection Policy), and also St. Bartholomew’s safety policies. If you are interested in learning more about what we do, please contact Jen Foster.
Youth Service & Ministry
Service is an important part of our Parish Community, our Religious Education program. There are many opportunities for our youth to minister within the parish. Want to get involved? Join our Youth Choir, become an Altar Server or Religious Ed. Aide! If you are interested in one of these activities of would like to hear about other service opportunities, please contact Jen Foster for more info!
