Adult Faith Formation

BibleCoffee

Adult Education and Faith Formation is an important component of our efforts to evangelize and create disciples to spread the Good News of the Gospel. Throughout the year, we offer weekly courses which run for 6-8 weeks.  We also have periodic and seasonal opportunities for learning about the faith and deepening our relationship with God.  This year, due to Covid 19, we are relying on Zoom for most parish meetings.  Please contact us for more information.

Men’s Prayer Group

The group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 am in the O’Brien room at the parish office. Call the parish office for more information at 781-444-3434.

Catholic Spirituality

In addition to the weekly educational opportunities listed above we also offer shorter studies on prayer, spirituality, being Catholic, retreats etc. These shorter studies are offered at various times throughout the year, so check out our bulletin or parish calendar to see what is available.

The goals of these short courses, led by parish staff or guest speakers, are to help us to grow in our understanding of the teachings of the Catholic Church, to grow in our faith and our relationship to God as well as to learn to apply our faith to our everyday experiences. These courses are generally offered Sunday afternoons and/or Monday or Tuesday evenings.

Sacraments

If you are an adult who is interested in entering the faith (RCIA) or who has received some but not all of the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Confirmation & Communion), please contact the office at 781-444-3434 and we would be happy to set up a time to discuss your particular situation. If you would like more information about baptismal preparation for parents, wedding preparation or have any other sacramental questions, please contact the parish office at 781-444-3434.
