Some ways of being involved

Junior Catholic Daughters of America

We are proud to announce the institution of the newest court of the Junior Catholic Daughters of America, the Elizabeth Ann Seton Court of St. Bartholomew Parish on Sunday June 24th at the 9:45am Mass.

The Catholic Daughters of the Americas is a 100+ year old organization of Catholic women who enhance their spirituality through Unity & Charity. Their goal is to reach out to people in need by praying, visiting, fundraising, donating, etc. The juniors learn how to develop their social skills and enhance their spirituality by coming together with their peers. They do many projects of crafts and fundraising and then decide where they would like to donate such items. Some choose shelters, visit shut-ins, read, sing and learn more about the world beyond which aids their maturation process.

JCDA is open to all Catholic girls ages 6-18. For information, visit our website www.mastatecourt.org or contact Patricia Abruzese Johnston, MA 2nd Vice Regent 617-755-8306 or paabjohnston@yahoo.com
